Pinwheels and Polka Dots!

Strawberry cake with buttercream icing and fondant accents.

I was very excited to be asked to do this cake and for it all to turn out so well. My first cousin asked for me to make her little doll's 2nd birthday cake. Birthday girl's aunt traveled over two hours with it from Houston to Louisiana. The pinwheels and polka dots were part of the party decor so I added them to the cake. I just LOVE the little pinwheels! I think that I am going to have to make more of those.
