Last night, her parents dedicated her to God's care forevermore. (You can read more about this religious tradition http://threewheelersarefun.blogspot.com/2010/04/dedication-gift-for-my-precious-nephew.html?m=0) I wanted to give her something special to have to help preserve this memory for years to come.
I decided to make an heirloom memory blanket and embroidered her name, occasion, and date on it. We also gave her a bible and dedication certificate. May there be many more babies dedicated to God at our church and continue this tradition for each one!
